Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

This two tier cake will definately put you in the Christmas spirit!  Both layers were frosted with cream cheese.  The top tier was my favorite cinnamon swirl.  The bottom layer was chocolate with peppermint bark layered in the middle.  It doesn't get any more Christmas than that!  Frosty the tree and snow flakes were all hand made with fondant.

This very inexpensive purse was made with a whipping cream frosting per the customer.  The cake was chocolate mocha with chocolate toffee center.  Would love to make this with a buttercream and fondant frosting!
