This darling Minnie Mouse inspired cake was several layers. The ears were a chocolate cake with a buttercream frosting. The middle layers was chocolate cake with a filling of peanut butter mouse and peanut butter cups crumbled. Last but not least the botton layers was vanilla cake with strawberry and whipping cream center and a butter cream frosting.
